<p>A report from <em>La Prensa</em> on Tuesday that has gone completely under the radar suggests that the only commercial second-wave migrant in the capital could be at risk of serious legal penalties beyond the broadcasting realm.</p>
<p>The report says that the Financial Intelligence Unit (<em>Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera</em>, UIF), a division of the SHCP that investigates financial crimes including money laundering, is awaiting the findings of an investigation being conducted by the IFT into the 2017 award of the 105.3 frequency to XEINFO-AM 1560, owned by Eduardo Henkel Rojas.</p>
