<p>After 13 weeks of Covid-19 lockdown (and the recent move to phase two of the Scottish Government&rsquo;s four phase exit plan ) it&rsquo;s starting to look like Edinburgh&rsquo;s opening up and finding its post pandemic groove. Sunny afternoons have seen people flock to Princes Street and Calton Hill and social distancing seems to be all but a thing of the past when you head down Leith Walk.</p> <p>But there are some telltale signs that the pandemic continues: hundreds of shop fronts and pubs are closed or boarded up.
