Inclusive Agile: Extending the Reach of the Manifesto

To represent diverse perspectives and experiences?</p> <h1>Making the focus explicit</h1> <p>The Manifesto is the first thing people reference when talking about Agile. It feels like a missed opportunity if we don&rsquo;t make diversity and inclusion a vital part of that discourse. In an inclusive environment, harnessing the power of diverse minds is easy. To this end, I propose an amendment to the Manifesto.
