<p>The Manifesto is the first thing people reference when talking about Agile. It feels like a missed opportunity if we don’t make diversity and inclusion a vital part of that discourse. In an inclusive environment, harnessing the power of diverse minds is easy. To this end, I propose an amendment to the Manifesto. Here’s a fifth part of the Manifesto that could be effective:</p>
