Color of Authority:

It feels awkward telling true stories from behind the scenes that the general public would never know, but it also feels good to get these things off of my chest as a release. Being a police officer for so many years and having to keep stories, feelings and emotions bottled inside can take its toll on us as human beings which is why police officers have one of the highest if not the highest divorce rate. In today's story, we are going to delve into a darker side of what I have experienced or shall I say witnessed. After about 6 years of being on the force, I was introduced to a new recruit whom we will call Officer Dewey.
