When I’m not writing, you could call me a soccer mom. But my kids don’t play soccer and of course, I’m not a mom.
But I spend a good part of my day chauffeuring my kids to and from school, doctor appointments, or school activities. Occasionally, I also shuttle my kid’s friends home from school.
Well, today, I gave a lecture to my kid’s friends since they made me wait. I’m not a fan of waiting and sure you aren’t either.
You see, I texted my daughter I was on my way to pick her up. I usually give her friend and sibling a ride home since they live far away.
As soon as I arrived, I texted my daughter I was there. Then the waiting begins.
I’m not a fan of waiting especially for teenagers. To me, I have a lot more important things to do.
