Recap and Next Steps for BMOR

Now for the nitty-gritty. Unfortunately, while we were optimistic Bridgespan leadership would recognize the many benefits of a union for all of us at our workplace, their SOP suggests anything but.

To summarize, here’s what it revealed:

  • Bridgespan has chosen to work with a law firm, Seyfarth Shaw, with a long history of anti-union activity and otherwise repugnant activity (see an overview of their history at the end of this post). While the BLT’s email message of July 28 evoked “values” as the reason for the arguments in their SOP, Seyfarth’s history is totally at odds with Bridgespan’s stated values.
