Vegetarianism or Meat-Craving Could Be Genetic

<p>Scientists agree: Sleeping seven to eight hours a night, going regularly to the gym, and eating a vegetarian diet are all good health choices. Despite some TikTok claims of healthy &ldquo;carnivore diets,&rdquo; we all ought to be eating less meat and doing some squats instead of standing around near a grill.</p> <p>And yet, many fellow Americans still over-indulge in meat.
