<p>We all have heard stories from our grandparents about their living pattern. They used to consume what they had been cultivating. They describe the things which are rare today-ploughing with bullocks ,stone-mills, wooden beater known as &lsquo;Sambelu&rsquo; in Gujarati,&rsquo; Chulha&rsquo;- cooking stove made up of mud and cow dung and many more. The aged ones proudly give credit to these practices for the delicious flavors and nutrition which are apparently absent in our plates. The peace and harmony they rejoiced in the minimal resources can astonish today&rsquo;s depressed generation. Moreover, the charm on their face while elaborating that era, drives us to witness the same.
