How I Feel Close to my Scottish Heritage

<p>Ok, so if you&rsquo;re like me, you might have grown up going to the Highland Games every year, listening to &lsquo;Scotland the Brave&rsquo; keening through the fall breeze and pressuring your parents into buying you one of those enormous scones before you left.</p> <p>It was a simple way to connect to your cultural heritage as a seven year old and maybe it was all I needed at the time, seeing that I&rsquo;m still thinking about all of this to this day.
