My Comments on Central Business District Tolling Program

<p>As a working class resident of Manhattan who lives above 60th Street and commutes daily to Chelsea every day, I support congestion pricing.</p> <p>Public transit in Manhattan is world-class and is used by a most residents. On the weekends, trains are incredibly packed and I hope that the MTA iimproves service &amp; headways to improve city quality of life. It is clear that subways are a critical piece of transportation infrastructure and cars are not. In fact, it seems like&nbsp;<a href="https://twitter.com/saraklind/status/1692262241419030835" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">only a small fraction of employees would need a car to commute</a>.
