The Problem With Sony’s PlayStation Plus Premium Price Increase? They Have Yet To Justify It
<p>Sony’s business moves this year just baffle me. There hasn’t been a single new game from them this year, aside from the upcoming <em>Marvel’s Spider-Man 2</em> (which I am excited about, by the way — you can’t go wrong with Insomniac). It’s also done a lot for the “casual” audience with its LeBron James products and what-not, while kind of leaving behind the audience that got them to where they were.</p>
<p>But they just might be shooting themselves in the foot — and leg and arm and torso and shoulders — with the increase in price on its PlayStation Plus Premium service.</p>
<p>The company announced that these prices would go into effect on September 6th, giving you exactly two days to renew at the current rates if you want to avoid paying extra.</p>
