Thanks, but no thanks: mansplaining in the workplace

Congratulations, you&rsquo;ve just been mansplained!</em></p> <p>It&rsquo;s like winning a bingo game nobody wanted to play. Mansplaining &mdash; the not-so-charming act where (usually) men feel the need to explain something to a woman in a condescending way, assuming she couldn&rsquo;t possibly understand it on her own.</p> <p>While &lsquo;mansplaining&rsquo; has traditionally spotlighted men&rsquo;s condescending explanations to women, let&rsquo;s not kid ourselves &mdash; this patronizing symphony isn&rsquo;t exclusive to the gents. Women can be equally guilty of this conduct, whether it&rsquo;s towards men or other women.
