<p>I hope that everyone recognizes that colonialism was an extreme issue throughout history and is still something that affects many countries all over the world. Without writing a whole 15-minute article about colonialism alone, I’ll provide the key points that should be discussed.</p>
<p>Colonialism is the policy or practice of acquiring full or partial political control over another country, occupying it with settlers, and exploiting it economically. What this definition lacks, however, is the acquiring of full control over culture as well.</p>
