I had a trial shift in North West London. The workplace was a sushi restaurant. Japanese restaurants based abroad tend to serve dishes close to traditional Japanese cuisine rather than localized ones. However, the restaurant serves a contemporary menu, so I was interested in it and applied for the position.
Before the shift, I had a phone interview with the owner and today I visited there. It took almost one hour to get there, however, I didn’t mind that. But I’d have rather minded the rainy weather.
