Very often my travel destinations are within Asia or Europe, because I feel safer in those areas and I know several languages spoken there. So for me, it felt like an adventure to explore the Middle East for the first time, although it was a very short trip.

I flew with Etihad Airways, which is a third-best Airline in 2023 according to AirlineRatings.com. The flight was indeed comfortable and the service was great. I particularly liked quality Dilmah tea they offered. About 70% of the passengers were of Arabs, so I enjoyed the exotic atmosphere on board. As I arrived at Abu Dhabi late at night, I went straight to the hotel to catch some kip.
