There’s no denying Buenos Aires is beautiful. At every crossroads, in every direction, there is something magnificent to behold. The architecture, the food, the people… it’s a cosmopolitan metropolis that stands in perfect, glorious contrast to the fear-mongering news outlets that paint South America as “developing” or simply “dangerous.”
After two weeks in “The Paris of South America,” I’ve noticed more than anything else, Buenos Aires is incredibly green. And by green, I mean physically green.
As a current Tampa (FL) resident, and a midwestern raised kid (Detroit), I immediately noticed the green everywhere I looked in the city. Sure, in America, there’s green in the suburbs, but that only comes as manicured landscaping, a plethora of golf courses or cemeteries.
