I recently read the story by
when she wrote about the beautiful Jamaican Street Art. Both her story and incredible pictures caught my imagination.
Street Art From Jamaica Part I
Jamaicans are creative people who show their creativity in music, dance, and art.
She asks at the end of her story if others had Street Art to share from their countries.

Then I remembered that it was Hispanic American Heritage Month in my country, and so I decided to write about Chicano Park, San Diego, California.

Chicano Park is located under the intersection of Interstate 5 and the Coronado Bridge — Author’s Photo
The park has two children’s playgrounds, A museum, pavilions, picnic tables, park benches, a grassy hill, a Veterans Memorial, and, of course, the famous street art.
The scale and size of this art is hard to fathom. It’s much different standing under these than I can capture in Pictures.
