<p>Many of us have normalized the chaotic pace of today’s world. We think we need to do it all, fulfill every responsibility, and be everywhere all the time. I know I certainly did.</p>
<p>Over the past couple of years, I found myself caught in a whirlwind of busyness. In the pursuit of keeping up, I neglected self-care and put aside my meditation routine. It was as if taking a breather had become a luxury, and slowing down was synonymous with falling behind.</p>
<p>Yet, as this year unfolded, it became evident that life had other plans for me. Challenges arose that I hadn’t anticipated, and suddenly, the pace I had grown accustomed to became unsustainable.</p>
<p>I was completely drained. Mentally, physically, and spiritually. However, my ego didn’t want me to acknowledge that reality. This had happened before, and at the time, I had no idea it was my ego talking... But this time, I knew better.</p>
