WHOSE POLITICAL PARTY MIGHT HAVE SUCCESS WITH BELARUSIANS?
<p>Conversations about political parties have returned to Belarus as the politicization of society has been increasing. People had been talking about parties before the August 2020 elections. Launches of new political parties, though, peaked at the end of autumn 2020 and spring 2021.</p>
<p>The following initiatives are in the public eye:</p>
<p>- Ex-presidential candidate and current political prisoner Viktar Babaryka’s team launched party ‘Together’;</p>
<p>- Andrey Dzmitryeu, also an ex-presidential candidate and co-chair of the ‘Tell the Truth’ movement launched ‘Our Party’;</p>
