Elara and the white cottage

About 5 hours east by bus from the town center, there was the small village of Oliva, surrounded by rolling hills and lush forests.
In winter it is covered with snow and in autumn it is covered with red leaves. In this village, the electricity supply from the town was insufficient, so villagers woke up at sunrise, finished work before sunset, and went to bed by dark.

There has been a “rule” in this village since ancient times.
It was that after the villagers woke up in the morning and got ready, they would always sweep the road in front of their houses.

Perhaps that’s why the road in front of my house was always free of gravel and dust. There is also no trash on the streets and no graffiti on the walls.
Every day in the village was quiet and peaceful, the people were all close and knew each other, and the sound of happy conversations and birds chirping echoed through the air.
