I tried energy healing for my endometriosis. Here’s what happened.
<p>If you’ve read my posts before, you know I’ve tried basically <em>everything</em> for my endometriosis. From Botox into my vagina to a presacral neurectomy, I’ve done it all.</p>
<p>Only a few things have permanently helped my pain. (A presacral neurectomy helped the most.) Everything else seemed like a gimmick or only helped my pain for a few hours.</p>
<p>This time, however, I was lucky enough to try energy healing, something I didn’t know could help inflammation. Also called <em>reiki</em>, it’s designed to help not only inflammation, but pain, stress, and headaches as well.</p>
