There’s No Sugarcoating This
<p>Yes, indeed, sugar can be used as a building material — at least for smaller, temporary structures in art. You wouldn’t want anything constructed from sugar to be dissolved in the rain!</p>
<p>We heard about the Kellogg’s Reductive Art exhibition, for which a sculpture of Tower Bridge was made. Having just published an article on the iconic landmark, <a href="https://medium.com/@ella_58865/iconic-tower-bridge-closes-88d29173449e" rel="noopener"><em>Iconic Tower Bridge Closes</em></a>, it really caught my attention so off we went to see it.</p>
