Ridiculous School Rules in Japan Reveal a Lack of Common Sense

<p>The temperature is at the freezing point, possibly well below, as a seventeen-year-old boy walks to school.</p> <p>No big deal. I grew up in the mountains and did the same. The difference? I was allowed to wear a jacket. This boy in Kagoshima City could only wear his thin school uniform.
