Shakespeare’s Resemblance

<p>Shakespeare is in the news this month, at least in the UK. That&rsquo;s because we&rsquo;re celebrating 400 years since his&nbsp;<a href="https://www.shakespeare.org.uk/explore-shakespeare/shakespedia/shakespeares-works/shakespeares-first-folio/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank"><em>First Folio</em>&nbsp;collection</a>&nbsp;was published in 1623, seven years after his death.</p> <p>It&rsquo;s a collection of 36 of his works, which his friends John Heminges and Henry Condell brought together.</p> <p>If that work hadn&rsquo;t been published, it&rsquo;s quite possible that half of Shakespeare&rsquo;s plays would have been lost forever.
