Located in the NDSM neighborhood of northern Amsterdam, the NDSM Cleans Up initiative has been picking up trash for about a year now. The neighborhood is very industrial-looking and lacking in nature, so keeping it clean helps a great deal. On a monthly basis, they gather in order to clear the heaps of litter surrounding the area. They spread out in little groups to pick up as much as possible.
