Begin Negotiations with joint proposal product to be put before all current residents. All Palestinian genocide refugees and or Israeli settler colonists wanting to vote must have returned during the first 90 days of peace– no exceptions.<br />

Have teams of locals as mediators 50/50 Palestine/Jewish All residents choosing to stay and work to maintain peace will need to participate in Truth and Reconciliation meetings in their local communities.</p>
