Daily Diary
<p><em>Woke up to fog. Thick, deep, impenetrable. Biked to work in record time despite spending most of the time adjusting & readjusting my bottle green suit & leather trench coat combination. Looks great in a snapshot FYI, but damn it’s finicky. Especially on frigid London cycle lanes in mid-November.</em></p>
<p><em>Had my workstation all setup. Devoured my first (and only) extra hot flat white of the day. The guy opposite me was talking on a conference call in a volume that can only be described as biblical. Belly laughs and everything, his boomy voice echoing across the empty office and putting me off big time. So I changed desks, sat about eight rows away, got re-setup and finally, started doing what I am paid for.</em></p>
