How I Organize My Life in One App (not Notion)

Why it’s needed

Our world is complex.

We have so much to remember and keep track of.

There are many of apps to help us stay organized, but the complex ones take up too much time and energy so they’re hard to stick with, and the simple ones only helps us with one type of thing forcing us to spread our information across many systems.

So many information apps

This leaves us jotting things down on paper which is easily lost or texting and emailing ourselves things that are often forgotten.

I’ve been a software developer at Google, Qualcomm, a tech start up, and for over 6 years I’ve used this app to stay organized, be thoughtful, and productive.

What’s the app?

First off, the app is called Twos, the name stands for the two sides of the platform. The private side to journal, make lists, track events and to-dos, and the public side to collaborate, share, and learn with others.
