MY gun control proposal

Cases of gun violence in America are countless. It’s horrific and sickening to hear about them constantly. America must take action. We cannot allow the blood of precious lives to be shed any longer. I will not stand by and watch my America be consumed by this violence. The world is pointing fingers at us, blaming America for losing its footing. Making America great again isn’t about choosing Trump; it’s about understanding the REAL root of the problem. Trump’s proposal to arm teachers, parents, neighbors — everyone — for self-defense and safety is not a viable solution. The notion that owning a gun is necessary because there’s a madman with a gun nearby no longer holds. If the laws aren’t strict enough to prevent gun violence, then they must be made stricter. Enough is enough. We need to impose more constraints until we see a significant reduction in gun violence. Look at Asia — they have some of the strictest gun control laws, and their rates of gun violence are MUCH lower than in America. Yes, there has been gun violence in Japan recently, but it’s important to remember that it’s still far less frequent than in America. However, those who love the NRA and gun enthusiasts seem not to care.
