Ideal Gun Control Amendment

Why do some people feel safer using guns for self-protection while others do not? If there were reliable statistical data to support what types of self-protection are proven to be effective in mitigating violent situations, then logic might be used for reason and reason taken to heart. Keep certification concurrent with an annual safety class requiring all firearms registered in the database to be present, yes.
