The Best Day Ever

My alarm was already sounding for some good 5 minutes, but I was refusing to move a muscle to turn it off. Well, but after 5 minutes of non-stop ringing, I felt like the goddamn alarm was about to obliterate my ears. I then reached for my phone to finally turn it off. As usual, I opened Instagram to mindlessly scroll through my feed while my soul was slowly coming back to my body. For some odd reason, one of the first stories to pop up was from Ashley, my high school arch-frenemy. I hadn’t seen that girl in years (thankfully), and now she was back on my feed. I obviously clicked on it, and regretted it instantly
