<p>This is the story of how my beautiful little girl was born at a hospital in Tokyo.</p>
<p>Overall, the expectation of labour and delivery is that is painful though after much research on how to cope with this I discovered I didn’t have to think of it this way. There are many methods women can use to help make the process less daunting and to aid our bodies in moving through the stages of labour.</p>
