⚖️ Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of banking and financial litigation matters
- Advising clients on disputes involving loans, credit agreements, guarantees, and financial products
- Handling enforcement actions, debt recovery, and insolvency-related disputes
- Drafting legal pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations
- Conducting detailed legal research on banking regulations and case law
- Working closely with partners and senior solicitors on complex litigation strategies

- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction)
