Amsterdam: a gastronomic tale

If there is one thing I love to do is spread the world on good food, whether it is a restaurant I just visited or a sourdough bread I just bought.

There is something fulfilling about knowing one can be helping to maintain a certain business while at the same time allowing more and more people the chance to create the same rich experiences as you did.

To enjoy a meal is one of the best and simplest way of finding joy in everyday life.

On December 2022 we visited Amsterdam for a few days. Here is a recap of the restaurants we visited.

Before coming here, I knew it was going to be a captivating city: a bubble of beautiful almost make-believe old streets with people and cultures from all over the world.

Walking through Amsterdam neighborhoods is as charming as you could imagine. Every other corner, there is a cozy café enclosed in blurred glass windows that disclose groups of people drinking and chatting indoors. There are small arranged shops of all kind. Everything is ridiculously perfect and welcoming. People seem carefree and open spirit as they bike through lanes and jog into open green parks.
