Friday Fusion Series Kickoff: Blending the Wins, Wisdom, and Whimsy of Week 1

The most important take away of my week was that I successfully refocused my rigidity. I was more rigid on showing up than sticking to a timed schedule. My workout this week were not all the same length. The first was 20 mins of weights. The second was 30 mins of cycle and 8 mins of weights. The third was 60 mins cycle. Today will likely be a 15 minute quick ride, followed by some desk cycle once I arrive to my office.

Although my wake times were not as early as I would like them to be, I would say my sleep quality has improved since I integrated my work outs. I may have not prepped all my meals, but I prepped more this week than I have in a while. Yes, I ate out, and uncovered some dietary restrictions.
