One Year Busking and This is What I Learnt

About one year ago I decided to retire my old HP laptop and take a break from my digital life to adventure myself in a completely new world. I jumped into what was then an unknown universe for me.

At that time I was sharing an apartment with a couple of friends and dealing with a lot of quite depressing thoughts that were pushing me to live a lifestyle that made me sick of how I was living, the people that were in my surroundings and how careless I was with my own personal well being.

I needed to change everything, then I packed a small backpack, bought a hammock and took my guitar to Granada in Spain. I had no plans, no place to stay and nor an income anymore, and it took me only a couple of days to realise that I was going to run out of money very soon.

Granada, Spain

For my first two days in the city I just roamed around, meeting amazing people and all kind of artists, and they are the ones whose opened my ways to start busking in Granada, they shared spots where I could play and explained a little bit of the dynamics of the street artists, but that is not all, they were also very motivating when pushing me to take a chance and play in the streets.
