It Is So Ordered: Making the Case for Universal Citations

<p>Attorneys practicing in the United States have long relied on citing reporters as the primary means of citing and referencing case law. However, this outdated system is now holding the U.S. legal industry back by effectively granting proprietary rights [at least for some period] to legal citations and pagination that should be freely available to all.
