Well, no. Since I did that and was trying to publish it, my career problems as a scientist got even worse. I was having difficulties before during my work on synthesizing steroids in a novel manner. But that research amplified all problems 10 fold.
I even lost all personal rights in a free country like Germany. I did not have any privacy on any computer, neither in my flat. I would even see people from my institute near my flat on some occasions, or people from the institute following me with cameras.
