<p>We are all responsible for reconciliation, and I believe that solidarity is essential. The process must be supported by allies, by learning and reflecting on the history of colonization, by engaging in concrete actions for the restitution of resources and the sharing of wealth, and by acknowledging past and present wrongs. Allies must feel responsible for supporting BIPOC, and they must support them in their struggle for justice and equality. To be an ally, it is essential to understand their reality to support them more effectively.
