To San Pancho and Back

I am tired, a well-earned tiredness after a sixteen kilometre hike through the jungle. Given that there was an altitude gain with an equal distance in descent, it was a lot more than 16K. From all that I’ve learned over the years, it adds up to almost one-and-a-half extra kilometres.

Nineteen days into December and we have walked just over 150 kilometres. Something tells me we will likely be slowing down. After all, it doesn’t leave much time for me to spend on Medium. Apologies for all the unread stories.
