Just Like Flies on a Pig’s Poo
<p>Flies zoomed in and out of my line of sight. We stopped for lunch before continuing on our way deeper into the mountains to teach the Dumagat tribe of Tanay, Rizal how to vote using the automated machines. We teamed up with our school’s outreach program for this.</p>
<p>We equipped ourselves with supplies that would last a week, sample ballots, and the model of the machine that we made ourselves. But, even people with noble intentions get hungry too so we stopped midway to a carinderia to have lunch.</p>
