How can the Netherlands improve itself from a non-Dutch perspective?

The greatest problem of Dutch culture is that it is not scalable by the reason that it lacks passion. I would say that the general opinion about Dutch people is really not positive.

And it is not scalable for the following reasons: there’s no focus on emotion, it’s highly individualistic, it’s not focused on pleasure, there’s basically no interesting Dutch food, everything is money-geared, everything is calculated, everything tends to be questioned. And everything seems to be separated into emotion or rationality when in most of the world emotion and rationality come together, and are absolutely important in everything you do.
