<p>Asyou may know, the New York, London, Milan, and Paris Fashion weeks are some of the biggest, where people all over the world come to those places during February and October to see the fall and spring collections. February is reserved for fall/winter for next year, and October is for spring/summer, to allow retailers enough time to order the outfits they see.</p> <p>Also, it gives the savvy consumer enough time to buy some great duplicates available this season to save on the cost of getting these things on-trend when next year rolls around.
