A Year of Momentum
<p>Hello, I’m Anahi Cruz Bautista, a 23-year-old Angeleno and proud descendant of Oaxacan parents. Having worked with the <a href="https://momentumsolutionsteam.com/whoweare/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Momentum Solutions team</a> for the past year and a half now, I wanted to dedicate my first blog piece to a team that’s shown me great respect and appreciation.</p>
<p>I joined Momentum Solutions in April of 2022, a month before receiving my bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley. As I’ve grown alongside this intentional, equity-driven team, I’ve strengthened my network and reaffirmed my skills and capabilities. I’ve also had the opportunity to connect with several amazing clients with similar social impact-driven goals. One is the <a href="https://pandionmusicfoundation.org/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Pandion Music Foundation</a>, an incredible non-profit where I now work full-time. In addition to the career orientation I’ve received, I have learned a couple of impactful lessons from the Momentum team that I’d like to share:</p>
