She started at SmartBear more than seven years ago as Technical Sales Engineer, and today is a leader in delivering SmartBear&rsquo;s API Platform. Laura has more than 20 years of product management, product support, and software developer experience. Previously, she was Certified Senior Technical Support Engineer for Oracle Corporation. She was also Software Developer and Principal Helpdesk Engineer for Ernst &amp; Young.
