We also discuss the steps needed to create a great tech product. As part of this series, I had the distinct pleasure of interviewing Laura Kennedy. Based in Galway, Ireland, Laura Kennedy is Sr. Manager, Product Management at <a href="https://smartbear.com/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">SmartBear</a>, a leading provider of software development and visibility tools. Her role is to act as the primary customer voice for the company’s agile development teams, ensuring clear requirements. She started at SmartBear more than seven years ago as Technical Sales Engineer, and today is a leader in delivering SmartBear’s API Platform. Laura has more than 20 years of product management, product support, and software developer experience. Previously, she was Certified Senior Technical Support Engineer for Oracle Corporation. She was also Software Developer and Principal Helpdesk Engineer for Ernst & Young.
