Half of the country thinks Jesus would vote for Trump. The other half thinks he was an indigenous Palestinian.
<p>Recently at a MAGA event in Iowa a reporter asked the attendees who Jesus would have voted for. Spoiler alert: they said Trump.</p>

<p>Over Christmas, congregations around the world happily spread Qatari-funded propaganda about <a href="https://medium.com/the-judean-peoples-front/hamas-has-won-this-war-their-secret-weapon-jesus-746797d71890" rel="noopener">Jesus being born in Gaza as an indigenous Palestinian</a>, completely oblivious to the utter stupidity in that statement.</p>
<p>As a progressive Jewish rabbi, Jesus would not have identified with either of the above — at least I hope he wouldn’t have. But I can think of a few other things that Jesus may have considered doing that align perfectly with these ideas:</p>
