Budgetary inequalities as a failure to guarantee human rights realization in Mexico City

<p>A great deal of service provision is the responsibility of the local government, of the Mexico City government in this case. Providing an adequate service to every inhabitant of the city has direct links with the budget formulation and implementation. Under international law, states have obligations to make available the necessary resources to guarantee the enjoyment of all human rights by all people without distinction of any kind.
