Becoming a Real Human Being
<p>Today Ilarion is a messenger to the world, and works in sacred ceremony with indigenous peoples around the world , including the Mapuche in southern Argentina, the Tarahumara people in northwestern Mexico in the Sierra Madres, the Haudenasaunee in eastern Canada, the Hawaiians, Yupik Eskimos, Mayans, and many more. In 2016 he gathered indigenous elders from around the world in the <a href="http://www.wisdomweavers.world/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Wisdom Weavers of the World</a> initiative to bring the essence of the ancestral teachings on becoming a true human being into these times.</p>
<p><strong>Ilarion says “</strong>Elders from around the world have read the signs of the times, and they understand what we are facing as human beings at this time. Great changes are occurring on Mother Earth and these changes are intensifying. These signs pose an urgent call. The time is <em>now</em> to restore our ceremonies, language, rites of passage, stories, art, prayer chants and songs, and the Original Instructions given to the real human beings of all nations.”</p>
