There’s a simple science-backed mindset that you can adopt to crush procrastination.
I have been a chronic procrastinator for the majority of my life.
In university, I remember staying until 3 AM to write an entire semester’s lab report a night before it was due.
Ultimately, I scored an average of 80%, leading to a lifetime of proud procrastination. I wore a badge of honor like I could put everything to the last minute and still get it done.
As I got older, I learned that procrastination is not something to be proud of. It can be detrimental to achieving your goals or growing as a human.
The good news is procrastination is a mindset for most people, and by tweaking that mindset, you can stop procrastinating for good.
