POSTURE TIPS FOR A HEALTHIER LIFE
<p>Thankfully we have come a long way from those days and understand that our posture is a little more complicated.</p>
<p><strong>So what is posture?</strong><br />
If you look up the definition, you will get something like this<br />
Posture is the position in which you hold your body upright against gravity while standing, sitting or lying down.<br />
Experts go on to say that good posture involves training your body to stand, walk, sit and lie in positions where the least strain is placed on supporting muscles and ligaments during movement or weight-bearing activities.<br />
This makes sense to me… we know that posture is dynamic and not some static position that we hold all day. We are made to move, its when we don’t move we get the problems.</p>
